My diet story

Since I was little I was very conscious about how I look. I tend to put weight very fast, I do not even have to eat fast food or snacks with lots of fat and because of that I'm always on a diet. I just ate an orange and I already feel very nervous about that. But do not get me wrong, I like to eat like a lot but the next day I have to go back to my diet to keep my body in shape. These days (2 weeks i think) l ate a lot because i am stressed about some exams and I put 6 kilos(13 pounds). I decided to go on a fast diet for 2 weeks because my birthday is coming.
ls anyone here who goes through this like me?

I really understand you. I've been overweight since I was a little child and it's been really hard for me to keep myself from eating sweets or snacks because all the others kids were doing so. The best advice that I can give you is to try to find a balance. Don't try extreme diets or diets that you find on the internet, but try to create your own diet..or better said, your own lifestyle. Combine some of the things that you enjoy eating with healthier ones and don't forget to exercise. It's not gonna be an immediate result, but with time it'll be worth it!

I watch what I eat and usually eat well with good food. I exercise every day and my weight stays the same. If I didn't exercise I would put on the pounds.
