I eat meat at every meal. Sometimes I am worried and I think I should change my diet. I have a digestive disease and I can't eat fruits and vegetables. It's called IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome). So I eat meat at every meal. Is this wrong or can have negative consequences?

As far as I know, it's not unhealthy to eat meat daily. If it's meat high in fats, you should be careful because it may cause different things later, if not, don't worry.

No. It's not high in fats. I eat turkey and chicken meat.

@dya80dya then I don't see it as harmful. You can also add dairy products to your diet, if it doesn't already contain them

I can't see why it would be bad for you - our distant ancestors were hunters and they probably survived mainly on meat.

A doctor will help you more than any of us. I also have IBS and have episodes when I can´t eat too much veggies (I almost never eat fruit). I eat meat (red, poultry, fish) every day, but they don´t have to be big pieces. You can have some rice, pasta or potatoes as side dishes and cooked or sautéed veggies can be a lot better than raw greens.
