Hello everyone, as I had posted earlier in my discussion that I have suddenly started having joint pain in my left leg and was in search for homes remedies. I came across a remedy on YouTube in which it was said that Cinnamon powder with 2 tbsp. Honey mixed in warm water taken for 7 days morning and before bed will give great amount of relief. I have started this home remedy since 2 days, hoping this treatment works out for me. I thought of sharing this remedy with you all so anyone having issues like me can also try it out. Dear @kavinitu ! remember you had an simple accident on stair case and because which I think you sprain in your ankle! Please better to give that joint rest as much as you can give as liganents take much longer time to heal and if not tackled properly they can be very trouble makers in future! These remedies are of no good consequences! Thanks!

I agree with you dear @kavinitu ! But you should take care of your health first as there are many people whom you are suppose to take care of apart from yourself! Need not mention that Health is Wealth ! Take Care! Thanks!

You really have a sharp memory, you really caught the right point the pain started just after that incident and I was trying to guess what all of sudden happened that the pain arise from. I was on medication for a while except that I never gave efforts to the exercise that was suggested may be that was the reason that I am not getting any positive results. You must be quite aware of the routine stress that we have go through specially when you are a working women, where is the time to rest and concentrate on exercises.
