Monday Lunch: What did you have?

I grabbed some stuff from work to munch on, and I will be the first to admit to you that it was not healthy at all.
Anyway I picked up some guacamole chips and nacho cheese dip, I ate probably half the bag of chips with the dip. I also had a few cookies from the package that I bought, and a cherry glacier Gatorade. So clearly not my shining nutritional moment,but it was quick and cheap.
What did you have for lunch today?

I don't think I I have ever had boiled ribs. it sounds like it would make them taste weird.

@thislittlepennyearns It's nearly noon here, so I should figure out something. I think we finished off the curry last night (and in lunchboxes today), but I have a bagged salad kit and sandwich fixings if there are no leftovers.

@spiderdust bagged salads are always a good option. i did that yesterday for our lunches with some baked chicken shredded and tossed into it.
i think I'm doing pork chops, salad and stuffing for dinner tonight, if I'm lucky maybe there will be leftovers to take for lunch tomorrow.

Well to be fair i ate breakfast at 430 this morning on the way to work, so lunch was fairly early for me today.

Hey, hey avocados are fruit...vegetables...a berry? Just think that!
Since I'm a lazy nothing, I had breakfast for lunch, it was reese peanut butter cereal, heck yeah.

@thislittlepennyearns I learned that they are technically a berry, which are also fruits, but in farmer world they are berries.

I recently just finally received two different sets of food storage containers ( microwavable and safe for freezer)!
So plan to start better meal prepping! Lol

Today was the birthday of one of my employees, so we all went out to this new restaurant called BTW (Burgers, Tacos, Wings). I had baja tacos and hot buffalo wings. Great lunch, but the price was a little steep. Given that they are located across the street from the University of Florida, they won't last at their high prices. Students want cheap food.

@thislittlepennyearns They need to lower their prices if they want to survive. Although I did see that on Mondays they have a $3 burger special, so that looks like a good deal.
