Hair-care

I've always used sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoos. But since I've gone blonde and my hair has been bleached a couple of times, I have been using Lakme Teknia Ultra Clair shampoo and Lakme Teknia ultra Clair treatment. And I use Olaplex no. 3 once a week. Yes olaplex is amazing and it's expensive but I love it coz it repairs damage hair effectively. No treatment can do that other than Olaplex.

I don't use expensive or known shampoo. I regularly use Sunsilk the green one for my shampoo and Creamsilk blue or green for my conditioner. Before I use hair treatment as my conditioner.

I use good ol' Creamsilk.

I shave my head so, not much hair treatment needed. Although I would not suggest that type treatment for you :)

I use hair treatments that has a Keratin and any shampoo will do for me.

I use pink Gliss Kur shampoo and conditioner. I buy liquids Vitamins A and E and add some drops to my hand with shampoo. I also use Shilajit for my hair

I don't care about my hair much I only use shampoo and I hate to use oil in my hair and. so I just use hair creams. These matters to girls mostly

I don't go for any hair treatments.

I have no idea about Olaplex. I just use ordinary conditioner Moringga then I don't use shampoo a lot. Just stick to the brands that best suits your hair.

To keep your hairs in good condition. First of all you should stick to only one shampoo and conditioner which suits your hair. And before washing your hair always oil them a day before. I use tresemme shampoo and conditioner.
