History is killing me

I’ve been studying very intense history because olympic history is coming this Saturday. I’m very nervous about it and I need to relax a bit, but I can’t. What do you do when something is stressing you out?

If I find a story curious enough, I usually try to reach the depth of the issue. If I find it interesting and the issue is optional then i do some experiment. If the outcome is good then I go ahead. If I didn't find it interesting and the issue is unavoidable then I check for the possible outcomes and plan solution accordingly.

That's more like a decision tree you have there. Where does it usually end up?

I would just relax and get some sleep to rest my mind. Don't worry, you will get thru it. Goodluck!

I'm getting to the age where I don't let things stress me out. If they do, I pray and meditate. "They" (those mythical "experts" with no names) claim that the more stressed you are the less optimal you'll perform on things like examinations.
