Beware the Ides of March ...

We often hear warnings to beware the Ides of March, as bad luck could be lurking just around the corner. March 15 is often referred to as the Ides of March, the infamous day back in the year 44 BC, when Roman dictator Julius Caesar was stabbed and assassinated.
Apparently, Caesar was warned by a soothsayer that his life was in danger, as many Romans wanted him dead, and was advised to stay home that day. Obviously, he didn’t stay home and was attacked by a mob of assassins. According to legend, Caesar’s not-so-good buddy, Marcus Brutus, was among the assassins, hence the Shakespearean quote "et tu, Brute?“, translated "and you, Brutus?”
How about you? Are you tiptoeing around those corners today, taking extra precautions, laying low? I’m thinking about it.

You remember much more Latin than I do! Fortunately, my Latin lessons weren't all that long!

@LindaCPearson We studied Latin during 8 years in Italy I had enough when I was a student. I appreciate now and I think I should have studied it better, it is more useful than I thought when I was young.

March sure is a windy month. I'm not a fan of wind. It can cause a lot of outside damage.
