I love small kids and their innocence. But sometimes I think that why kids get attracted towards some people even they are stranger? They feel good with some people and to some they avoid. Can they guess nice persons or they just get attracted towards compassionate men/ women? Is there any scientific study on this topic? Image Courtesy:pxhere.com

I am also curious about that. My neighbors that live upstairs on the floor above their little son likes to stare at me. I do not know why. I know animals know if someone is good or not or likes animals because they will allow them to pet them. I do not know about kids.

I have a weird friend who is often full of beans. My girlfriend's parrotlet was a trollop and would fly to almost anyone's shoulder. But not his.

I think they can sense compassion and kindness which we don't.

This is funny. There was a little girl who used to come up to me when I was waiting for my granddaughter to finish her gymnastics. I didn't know her but she would put her arms up to be held and seemed to like me. Maybe I looked like her granny but it doesn't usually happen to me.

That's really sweet. Such small things let you forget your sorrows.

I think so because they get attracted to smiling faces a lot.

During birth, they don't get clear vision intially and it will improve after that and they get clear vision after the age of 1.5 years. Before that they recognize by smell, color and shape of the person.

Kids are innocent, they act according to their mood. One day they might like someone and next day they don't want them around.

You could ask the same for animals. Why do dogs and cats come to some people and not to others to get stroked?

I'm not sure. I think it's partially just positive attention. I'm one of those people that babies smile at and reach out to. Your little one is a cutie!

Wherever I go, babies laugh and their face lights up like a candle! I believe they know who loves them and who doesn't:) With some strangers, a baby will scream and start to cry

That's true. They may know who loves them and who is compassionate.
