Lately I have been thinking of buying a smartwatch. I will be using it mainly for checking my notifications while giving swimming lessons in the water for long time. It will also come handy as alarm when I have to get up early.
I was checking some cheap ones and I found good deals on Wish. I think getting a waterproof smartphone for that price is insane. I checked some YouTube reviews and in general it's a good smartwatch and it does the job.
Do you ever go for cheap deals from China?

I have never tried Wish heard hit/miss reviews. But for $14 vs $300 it's your call :)

@Madshadi yep especially since you saw some decent reviews and it’ll get the job done for you, won’t hurt to try :)

cheap deals are good in general. I don't look specifically at the nation producing something I want though

@Madshadi exactly, why pay £500 for something you can get for £5

Not at all. But I always doubt the quality of cheap items. Most of those I've tried really didn't last long and it's like throwing my money in the trash no matter how cheap. If I add up all those money that was wasted on cheap items, I could have bought a much better quality ones. So never fo me.

I haven't bought a smartwatch but at the moment I am waiting on a watch from China.
