It has been a busy day

Monday and Tuesday are my son in law's usual days off. He is working on a musical production at one of the theaters here. He is a sound designer.
He was there twelve hours yesterday. Tonight he only had and evening practice. So busy busy for him.
This afternoon, before he went to tech night, we all went bowling. All eight of us.
There is a place where it is a dollar a game per person, and $1 for shoe rental, so it was really pretty inexpensive.
Bowling is a fun family activity and we enjoyed being together.
Son in law left us at the bowling alley and went to his rehearsal. The kids went to their rooms at seven as we had a ladies' Bible study here.
We are getting a lot of interesting forms of visiting here.
I will say my daughter inspires me, and also challenges me when it comes to spiritual things.
Tomorrow we will just visit here. Bob and I decided to buy food to cook as a treat to them tomorrow. It is a lot easier and healthier than taking eight of us out to a restaurant. So, we will make our Southwest Seasoned Pulled Pork roast.
Everyone is in bed and sleeping now, except my son in law. It is time for me to shut out the light.

@shaggin My daughter says this one is a paid gig. He was not going to do it, musicals require a lot, but someone else said they would do it with him. That person backed out and left him holding the bag so to speak.

It is something you have to get used to. I am accustomed to carrying fairly heavy things so it was not too bad. I use a 12 pound ball.

@GardenGerty Yes,it is because I don't roll it regularly. You have built up your strength by carrying fairly heavy things.

We have taken them out in the past, but the dad has such a busy schedule this is easier. The kids are also pretty young and can be a handful in a restaurant, even McDonalds.

It has been a couple of years for me. We may do it more in the future.
