Do you buy groceries once in every month/ week or whenever the item get over?

In my home,we used to buy groceries once in every month. It will come for one month and sometimes more than one month. Sometimes, few grocery items may get over soon,so that alone we'll buy in the middle . We used the groceries as a whole, once in every month ,so that we'll get some discounts , free shipping...
How about you?

In My home we used to buy groceries each and every month at the the start.Mostly we used to buy within first week of every month.And also we buy only from our regular seller.So we get less than to market cost.

Yes dear @Teekaaa I try to get my groceries once in a month as we are far away from the market...but then my wife plays small pranks now a days by forgetting few things for which we drive all the way to the market and while having the forgotten things she will enjoy her favorite roadside eateries and other errands! I also don't object that this is one of the way we have some change! Thanks!

Forgetfulness is problem along with aging, I don't think she deliberately forgets
. I make a list of things for buying then also I forgot something. Hubby does the work. Here many shops are near so it is not a big deal, even my younger son can go and get the same.

We buy our meats on the day, or day before, we're going to cook them. Soda and water once or twice a month, snacks depending on sales and if we need them, and milk and bread as we need them.
