Easter, as it is respectfully observed by Catholics, like myself, along with other Christian faiths, is the day of Jesus' resurection - after 3 days of his burial. It is the most significant day of the year second only to his birth that is usually celebrated by giving gifts. But the bunny is cute and so is Santa. Plans are still pending. Enjoy your holy week. We might have a special dinner next Sunday. No bunny rabbit soup though.

@tony1r , That was in poor taste and I am sorry about that. We never had rabbit and don't plan on it. I once had a nice fuzzy bunny rabbit as a family pet. Sweety Pie was his nick name.

Yes. Visit churches with my family during the week and attend Mass on Easter. We are not a family of putting up celebrations but I like it when we are complete as a family. That makes all the difference.
