Not 'censorship' as such but there is moderation. If your discussion (or response or comment) doesn't abide by the 'rules', as outlined in the Community Guidelines or doesn't have sufficient substance, in Admin's opinion, to be called a 'discussion', it is liable to be deleted. Reposting something which was already removed by Admin is also an offence and can sometimes lead to your account being banned.
