I was born here and lived here until I was 13. Then I went all over the place...but came back home to Louisville. Silly me.

I grew up in rural western Pennsylvania and lived there for 19 years. I moved around to a few states after I became an adult... lived in New Jersey for a few years, North Carolina for 7 years, in Arizona for nearly a year, in Missouri for a few months, and in Virginia for a few months. I've been in California now for nearly as long as I lived in Pennsylvania. I don't suspect that I'm moving out of the state anytime soon, but I wouldn't mind going to Oregon if I had to go somewhere else.

I grew up in Milano (Italy). I lived there until two years after I got married. With my husband we moved to Monte-Carlo first and, then years ago, here in Switzerland. When I was a kid we lived in an apartment in the center of the city. I played with my younger brother, hide and seek, coloring papers, nothing noisy.

I will try to shorten my story! Born in Oklahoma, moved to Wyoming and grew up on a ranch, moved to about 15 different places after I got married, then settled in Colorado, where I am now, although not in the same town(s). Somewhere in there I spent a year in Singapore. If I ever move again it will be back to Wyoming or Montana, but I doubt that I will. We played cowboys and Indians, made houses and towns in the willows, played in the irrigation water, caught frogs, fished, learned to make "bows and arrows" and to shoot 22 rifles. I had 6 brothers and one sister so we had a full house.

For the most part, I've pretty much lived on the south shore of Montreal. Spent my first on the island before moving to the south shore. At age 5, moved to Scotland for a year, before coming back to the south shore. I lived there until I went to university, which was 2 hours away. Now, I live on the west island of Montreal. I've been here since I graduated from university 6 years ago. So, all in all, spent most of my life in the Montreal area.

I have always lived in the UK but moved to several different towns in the county of Wiltshire as my dad was a policeman and he would be posted to various towns. I have now settled where I am now and have no plans to move. My favourite town was a place called Devizes where I lived from the age of 12-24. They were my growing up years and I have very fond memories of this town.

I lived in Sidi Bouzid which is a small town located in Tunisia. I don't know if the name rings a bell because my people overthrew our former president Zineddine Ben Ali in 2011. Then I moved to the capital to persue my studies. The good thing is that my mom followed me here because she couldn't stand living alone. We go home to visit two to four times a year.

I was born in Little Britain, Ontario, and have moved more times that I can count. While part of it was fun... settling into new towns all across Canada and one new country, I always wondered what it would have been like to stay in one place! And for the life of me, I can't remember what I used to play... except for the skipping rope!

I was born in Atlanta GA and lived my first 9 years in Stone Mountain GA. Then, we moved into the city of Atlanta and I lived there until I went off to College. I graduated from a College here in Toccoa GA (where my husband and I met), we stayed here in Toccoa GA. And it is interesting to think about. I came to Toccoa for College in 1985. So, I have lived here longer than anywhere else. Time goes by fast.

I grew up for the first few years of my life in upper Michigan, loved it there and then moved to Colorado. Lived there most of my life until now in Texas last 4 mths. We played lots of outside games like tag, hide n seek and imagined we had a time machine and went to different places with dinosaurs or space. Lots of fun back then.

I was born in East Tawas, moved to Montrose, Mi. for four years and then moved back, again. I grew up in East Tawas, moved to Bay City, Mi. for ten years, when I was married the first time. After a divorce, I moved back to East Tawas and will probably die here. As a child we wrestled and played hide&go seek. I always owned an invisible horse that lived in our back yard.

@amadeo Hi Alfredo, I grew up in the midwestern part of the United States. I was born in Minneapolis. When I was growing up it was fine but when I grew up I was no longer happy and started looking for somewhere I wanted to spend the rest of my years. We played games in the street with the kids in our neighborhood. I made a trip to Arizona to visit a friend and thought I wanted to live there but it did not feel like me. The year before I came to Israel I came here to visit and get a feel of the country and found what I was looking for and here I am today after a little over 31 years.

I was born in Cagayan Valley, in a small island of Camiguin Norte. I am now living in here in Baguio City because of I found my job here as an office secretary. Its been 5 years since the last I visited my hometown. My family are still there and I am just helping them sending a small amount of money every month. I really missed my hometown. Not only my hometown but especially my family. Hope I can visit them soon
