Dizzy Little Squirrel

This morning Luke and I were slowly walking around the yard minding our own business...okay, I was slowly walking around the yard minding my own business, Luke was being Luke. He was running around investigating things.
All of the sudden a squirrel fell off the roof of our house right in front of Luke. We were both so startled we just stood and watched him jump up and run up a tree.
He stood there on one of the higher branches and looked down on us just chattering away. He sound angry, or maybe he was embarrassed.
I have never seen a squirrel just topple off the edge of a roof before. Have you?
Now Luke is spending his morning looking up at the roof waiting for another dizzy squirrel to fall over so he can chase one this time.

No I have never seen a squirrel fall off the roof like that.So,some thing to look forward for Luke.

@silvermist he sure isn't. He is always on the lookout for the little critters we have running around our yard.

That reminds me of the possum that Jet chased in the backyard.. cute animals they are..
