What's your favorite snacks, Potato chips, cookies, cheesecakes,candies, jellies or chocolate? Or perhaps there's some special cuisine in your hometown? The picture shows the special kind of snack LAMB KEBAB, in my hometown, a city in east China. I know there are kebabs all over the world, but this one is peticularly spicy. You can see them fully covered with chillies and cumins.And there's another uniqueness about it. When you order the kebabs, they're not fully cooked but just briefly roasted. Then you can roast them by yourself. You can cook them well done or rare, you can add as many or as few spicies on them, just as you like. I can eat dozens of them for one meal.
