Today I start my first try to do physical exercise, before this, I think it maybe difficult to do this.
I have imaged a lot of difficulties, such as time maybe not enough, the environment maybe tough, etc. I have planed a month before, but I did not take even one step.
I only planed, planed, several time. all are in my imagination.
Anyway, this morning, I started. It looks much easier.
Sometimes, our brain exaggerate the difficulties.
Hope I can insist morning running.

I guess the best way to start is get up and put your energy cap on and do what you have to to get it done and then you can feel good that you accomplished that. I understand because I have been saying that I should at least walk around the block to start walking again. I have been doing some walking so can say I did do it.

@Hannihar Yes, the most important thing is to start. The first step, then second, then....
I try to continue.
Anyway, I thnk if I try, finally, I can.
Sometimes, it looks difficult, but when we actually do it, it shall be easy. Like how to earn 100$, you have to earn the first 1$.

Congrats on your morning running! Personally I read many articles about how to convince yourself to get up and exercise in the morning, but the tips didn't work for me. I can't wake up so early to run before work.

@fei1125 Yes, working out in the evening is much easier for me. I think you are right, I should not stick to morning runs, if I can't wake up.
