How Motherhood Had Changed Me Physically

March 29, 2018 2:53am CST
When I had my first son, I still have that beach body figure. But when I got two and three, my body is enormously changing. Any fitness advice?

Hello! I am fitness lover, I always jog every morning in Athletic Bowl here, and I also enrolled in a gym . Jogging is one of my favorites exercise, swimming as well, I also tried fun run. There are many exercises you can do, even though you are at home . You can do stretching, walking and sit ups. Try to watch YouTube videos about exercises. you can also download the an app, regarding exercise, Flat abs and etc.

Thanks for your suggestion, @jessabuma. You're so sweet. I'm still managing my time. Since I am the last one to sleep at night. And it's kinda late. I have to deal with my body in the morning, because it really is hard for me to move and do the chores. I'm not a morning person. But, is it effective to do fitness in any time?

@krislovely19 yes of course. You can do work out even morning or afternoon, it depends on your time and what is convenient for you.

Walking is good if you are unable to do work-outs. Not eating too much rice as it contains glucose or sugar. Eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water.

@mlgen1037 Those are my weaknesses when it comes to food. I feel so weak if I haven't eaten rice in any meal. huhuhuhu

Whenever you have time, try to do exercise. Eat less and workout more, sure you will drop 10 pounds in a month.

Wow! What happened? I never exercise at all. I only have one child though but most of my friends who have one children suddenly gained weight. I never did. I think the best fitness advice I could give is discipline and stick to it. There are a lot of yotubue videos for simple exercises and yoga too and all you have to do is commit to that.

@krislovely19 Unless you have self-discipline, the rest of the suggestions of exercising and keeping a healthy diet won't work. Unless you're someone like me who can eat tons of food without becoming overweight.

I hope I can commit to it all. I need to deal first in having a self-discipline. Food is actually my weakness. But let me try that. :) Thank you, @toniganzon..

You look good in both photos. :) for losing weight if thats what you want I would suggest eating healthier. More greens, salads and lower calorie foods. And of course getting into a daily exercise regimen helps too. Even if its just walking for 20 or 30 minutes. It all makes a difference!

Kids love hugging a soft mommy. (My kids told me so when I got bigger and bigger with time. With them growing up, I have become slimmer from lots of walking. Some of my friends go swimming or having aerobics daily to keep fit.)
