Grandma's Treasures...

I recently went through some of my grandmother's old things and found what looked like an old embroidered table cloth. It is marked with a company called 'The International Navigation Company' which, according to what I've researched online, was a company which would later merge with other companies including the White Star Line which is famous for the sinking of the Titanic. I was quite amazed to find something so old and interesting in my grandmother's things. Has anyone else found unexpected treasures in their family heirlooms?

The only thing I found after he passed was my father's handwritten sermons which I kept. He was a pastor and it was awesome to see all these neatly handwritten sermons.

No. But I would love also if I found one. I like keeping old things.

I have some small ceramic cups marked 'The International Navigation Company'. I am now emptying the apartment of my mom, I am finding plenty of things. Embroidered table clothes, bed sheets with lace, beautiful silk nightgowns. I am bringing everything home.
