Do you sleep often in the day time?

It is not sleep for me, rather I take a little rest up to 1hr or less between 2pm to 3pm. It is good for health, I think, for our climate and work style. Hope you agree with me, being in the same place.
An old saying goes like this; "After lunch sleep a while and after dinner walk a mile!" All these are habit as well as culture related facts!

I rarely do in fact sleep in the daytime. I think that the only time that I do sleep in the daytime as when I am sick. I'm really too weak to stay awake. I think that sleeping in the daytime all of the time can really throw someone off. It might not have any long term physical affects, but mentally, it is really it is mentally offsetting to say the very least.

during weekends i take short naps .. such luxury.. it rejuvenates

I often take naps in afternoon. that refreshes me for the rest of the day. i also catch a wink if am goin' in for a long ride or a nightout!

No I don't sleep at all in the day unless I'm extremely bored or tired.
