What do you do when you felt so sleepy?.

I wake up early today, my 5 am and now i am sleepy. This is my problem when i wake up early, as early as lunchtime i felt so sleepy already. I still have a lot of things to do. Not to mention my Mylot time. I guess i have to do a little nap. Talk to you later my friends in mylot.

I sleep when I am sleepy. I had to take that nap. Anyways, sleep well, my dear

Thanks, i did have a good nap. It was a long one more than an hour. And i'm back but i will also do some cleaning and do mylot in between.

If you can afford it, best thing to do is take a power nap.

It is important to do a little rest when we do felt we need it. And after that we have the energy again.

I slept past midnight and woke up at 6am. It's almost 6pm and no nap for me. I don't nap as I see that as a waste of time. I keep myself busy all the time.

If you have a chance, have a nap after lunch. It can help a lot.

Me too, @chavezrmc. That's what I encounter all the time. I feel so sleepy all the time. That's why I thought to be doing work outs already. Maybe because of my blood not circulating well or low blood. I can't say. But it's just my theory. Yeah, you can also take a bath so you will feel refreshed and awake. Hahaha. They said that it is effective in the morning. :)

Nap after lunch is not good for health. And even then if you take a nap, limit the duration to 1hour max.
