How to lose weight?

I always like to sit after have my dinner, recently I weighted and found I am 55kgs now, I am getting fat more 4kg,I really worry I will be fat again.Some of my friends suggested I go to gym however I don't have enough time to practice, I want to lose weight but don't know what the best way is, my friends, who have the experience to lose weight,please tell me and suggest will much appreciate.

15000 steps every other day takes the weight away.

Exercise regularly, more on fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty foods, salty foods and sweet foods . Drink water up to 12 glasses every day. It will help you to reduce your weight .

Thank you very much for your reply. The truth is that I I like to eat sweet foods, I always to put sugar in my rice,and I like to eat bread,and I lack exercise,I will change my life style,hope I will insist on to do exercise.

I once do exexcise each night follow on the video from youku, but I am sorry I didn't insist on it, because I fould it was very tried and tired.

There are many diets on internet. You should figure out which works for you. Don't do any drastical diet, try to find something that can become your lifestyle.

I think dieting is the best way to lose weight. You can do some light free hand exercise too. Walking is also very good to shed your fat deposits.

And when you can control your food intake, i suggest you try planking. It helps you tighten up those muscles. Try to search on youtube. Choose the beginners video.

Thank you for your suggestions. I really easy to hungry, and I shaked when I was hungry,I went to see doctor last week,I worry my stomach happened something,now I took medicine, hope my stomach will be better.
