Technology keeps on updating from time to time, at this moment there are companies who are improving their technology and sell it in the near future, most of the latest technology nowadays is about self-driving cars, do you have the plan to buy one?

I don't think I will ever be able to afford one in my lifetime but I was quite excited until I heard about the accidents involving them. I think they have a long way to go yet until they are safe,

@Jessabuma I'm not quite sure but, as far as I know, this type of technology isn't compatible with our country

If it is cheap enough for me I will certainly buy one. Maybe in the future only the self driving cars are allowed to appear in the streets. I'm looking forward to that day.

It would depend on the cost of the self driving car.

Hmm,, what if you have money to buy one? Will you?

No I like driving! Self drive cars still require the person in charge of the vehicle to pay attention and possibly intervene if there was a chance of an accident! If you aren't driving it there's more chance you will be distracted and fail to react which seems to be the case in the fatal accident that happened recently.

Electric cars doesnt mean it is completely auto pilot, it has a button you can press to make it auto or manual driving

@Essjayd That's correct, even if it's auto driving, our eyes should still check, it's better than to say sorry.

@tech40 Yes but if someone isn't driving their concentration wonders off elsewhere and they may lose the split second they needed to react!
