My Favorite Street Food - Pares / myLot

Filipinos love street food (or at least most of us). Pares (commonly known as a local beef stew version) is a good comfort food and cheap lunch alternative. Watching this video of a rolling store selling Pares brings back lots of memories and of course the usual food craving. I had never heard of this food Raijem. The video is good to understand it. Thanks for sharing. There are no food carts around this place something I miss a lot. When I lived overseas they were common.

I like Pares. When we are living in Cebu there is no Pares store there so we end up searching for a good recipes online and cook it. Then we came back here in Manila we went to Retiro right away just to eat authentic pares.
