I think most of us like to watch cartoons whenever we have time and some of us like to record videos of our favorite cartoons to see them when they want and others like to watch them online.
As for me, I like to Watch the Scooby Doo as he's my favorite Dog Cartoon Character.

I really don't like dog characters but will select Spike, that dog that beats up Tom in Tom and Jerry.
