Being jilted / dumped hurts but losing someone who doesn't respect and appreciate you is actually a gain not a loss.

It hurts and it is not so easy to move on even though you must. Just think that there is someone out there for you whom you haven't met yet.

Well, you just have to keep a positive mind and always remember there are still lots of fish to be caught in the ocean. Smile and move on.

Yes, I experienced it. I was able to move on when one day I realised that I have wallowed so much in pain for dumping me. I was distraught but that actually helped me to do better in my life. Dumping can actually be a good thing because it makes you realize that there is something that needsnto be changed and that will be for your own betterment.

It is depressing. You just need to get up and have an all-day drama marathon. Just do whatever to distract yourself. Call friends, party it out and curse your ex out loud. Get all that sadness out of your veins. You gotta tell your self if he can just back out of the relationship like this then he's not worth your tears and brooding.
