Another Change In My plans

As I shared earlier that from past few days I'm trying to have less of Milk tea and have limited it to only two cups tea where in one cup is of normal milk tea with sugar at home and Green tea in office. And the other change on which I'm working is having the dinner earlier at around 7.30 pm which earlier used to be at 8 or 8.30.pm. Hope these things do help. Have you applied any changes to your routines? What is your dinner time? Please share.

We eat around 7pm and watch the news at the same time.

Yes I am now only consuming food between the hours of noon and six everyday.

Our dinner time is 9 pm. I stop studying at 8:30.Then we have a short family prayer.Soon after, we sit down to have our dinner.
