I guess some of us are affected by Anger. Although it's not a disease and can be cured with some care and changes in our attitude but it's not easy if we don't wanna change ourselves. Some of the studies have proved that it's very harmful for our health so we should try to control our Anger. What are your views about it? Do you have any tips for Anger Management? Please share.

If someone makes you mad, think abut what's going on in their life to make them act that way.

It's always important to let out all the negativity you're feeling. Anger is a potent emotion and rather difficult to control. I deal with it by either going outside for a walk to distract myself or sometimes I like to scribble on a scrap piece of paper.

I just usually stay quiet or I go somewhere to cool down. But if I am unable to contain it because it is too much to bear, I spit it out to my husband because he understands me and can handle my anger.

Calm yourself. Once you calm yourself, express your anger, take a timeout. You must think before you speak . In the heat, it's easy to say something you'll later regret..

Well, i don't have an anger management issue but let me share these tips. Try to calm yourself and understand why you got angry. Try also to know where does anger came from. If the other person is shouting at you and pointing fingers at you, try to imagine that you approached him/her, grabbed the fingers and put it in his mouth. well, i used to imagine that when my mom-n-law and my exhusband accused me of doing somethings i didn't do. Luckily they were out of our lives.hehe

There is a way to get your point across without getting out of control. I don't think it is good to hold anger in either. It is better to let the person or whatever is happening to know but to handle it like an adult.

I usually look at anger as a negative emotion and instead attempt to think of a solution to the situation that caused the anger.

It's really hard to control anger. You just have to take a deep breath and think before you act.

one of the most reasons to anger is a stress in our life , something like work or school , stress can make you very angry. I love to hear a music that i like to take care in anger or stress. have a good day.
