I like both. My friend makes the best coffee. I like tea though too. Both can be relaxing and delicious especially on a cold day or even in the summer because you can make coffee smoothies. This article explains health benefits of both: I just love when something is healthy and tastes good. Don't you?

Coffee and tea contain health-promoting ingredients that may outweigh the drawbacks of caffeine, which has been linked to adverse health effects.

I like them both as well. Every morning , I always drink shape up coffee or sometimes creamy coffee and in the evening I drink slimming tea , 30 minutes before bed

Tea always gives me a blinding headache. But I do like one coffee per day, half-regular, half-decaf, with 2 creams and 1/2 packet of Equal sweetener. Now you know everything.

I too like both. Depending on what mood I am in. Right now though for the next 63 days it has to be tea with stevia. As I am on a doctor regulated weight loss program So no coffee especially with cream or creamer and the cream is not allowed and I just don't like it without the cream.
