Where does babies come from?

I think babies don't just come through fertilization, rather evolved somewhere. In my own sense of imagination, I think babies have had an experience of some things before coming to the planet.
In a religious sense i. e biblical explanation God said "I have known thee even before ye was born" this in my own interpretation means there has been an interpersonal relationship between us somewhere outside the planet before fertilization and this leads to the issue of "destiny". We know God as the destiny changer which makes most Christians believe that the word destiny is factual. A typical example is Jesus in whose destiny is to come for salvation. This means that a discussion or agreement has occurred before coming down to the planet just like Christ.
In an Atheist or a free thinker sense, Babies could come another planet in which we don't know, which may not be a planet but rather a world. This could be the cause of "Deja Vu " or maybe an imaginary world just like my write-up.
Please I need critics, suggestions, assumptions....

I don't even know where to begin with my response. This is such an eye-opener.

@twieesmiley There could be other planets out there that are helping us with our technology. So if babies come from other planets I guess it is a possibility.

Whoa. I can sense that you are a man who has interest in mysteries here in the world, isn't it? We may have some questions regarding some curiosity we have in our mind, but let God reveal that to you. Try to meditate on His Words. He is the only One who can reveal you the truth that you want to know. I believe! :)
