Can you stand in silence or you just fight him/her when he/she's yelling/ blaming on something that is not your fault, treat you like his/her maid? I have a colleage who like to act bossy to others, i'd like to give her some lesson but i'm afraid she'll cross me back by humiliated me. so i just keep it in silence. How about you, have you ever feel the same and have you find the solution? Please give me some responds

I just can't stand silence so I'm for fight (verbal of course). Silence is the worst for me.

I too have no patience with that kind of people.I would tell him through my actions. A colleague of mine has also this attitude problem. Whenever she talks to me i ignore her or i try to read some files eventhough im not.

It will depend how important that job is to me and whether can i find a much better job or not. If yes, i will stand firm against her and tell her off...if no, stay silent and do my work.
