Ok, first thing is to judge the character of that guy. You are a guy and you should make him understand that this girl doesn't interested in you. Also your friend(girl) should clearly tell that guy to stop courting with her and find any other girl. If your friend(girl) thinks that guy as a good person, a friendship hand can be offered. Dont give him any wrong signal. If he still seems to be obsessed with her( confronting his feelings repeatedly) then cut all the connections with him.

@kaphokz ok, you should forget this topic then. If that guy again raises the topic about your friend(girl) with you then tell him to do the talking by himself. Don't involve between them. But in case if that guy tries to harm that girl abusively or physically then you should stand with her.
