I bought a dress online the other day and received it today, but it is different from what I saw on the Internet. The quality is terrible! Find customer service, customer service ignore me. Really angry

I have only shopped online for things that I know. I once bought a freezer, another time some pots. I would never buy clothes.

I never buy dresses online because I need to try them out before buying plus there's no way of telling what the quality is or the type of cloth being used and if it would fit me perfectly well. uNless it's a designer one.
