Take a nap at midday. How great benefits there are?

I usually take a nap in the midday. I think I've got many benefits from it. It reduces my stress, increases my bodyfit, gain my awarness up, and make me fresh after it. There are a lot of benefits of it, maybe. Also, it usually changes my mood be better. How about you?

If only taking naps on a midday would make my myself grow taller then I would surely try to sneak some midday naps even at work. lol

If I nap, it usually by accident. But I can certainly appreciate that it has benefits.

I wake up at 5am everyday and sleeps for 2 hours in the midday 12pm.

Sometimes i, i want to take a nap during lunch break , but i can't.. taking a nap calms our nerves and boosts our memory....

I also want to take nap at midday but it's not possible.. I only have 1 hour lunch break..

I think it also increases the blood sugar so not always a good idea.

I also take midday naps when home. But, my doctor advises me to not to do that as it increases body weight.
