Take a nap at midday. How great benefits there are?

I usually take a nap in the midday. I think I've got many benefits from it. It reduces my stress, increases my bodyfit, gain my awarness up, and make me fresh after it. There are a lot of benefits of it, maybe.
Also, it usually changes my mood be better. How about you?

I try not to sleep during the day because its difficult to fall asleep at nights.

If only taking naps on a midday would make my myself grow taller then I would surely try to sneak some midday naps even at work. lol

I wake up at 5am everyday and sleeps for 2 hours in the midday 12pm.

I also want to take nap at midday but it's not possible.. I only have 1 hour lunch break..

Love my afternoon naps from time to time. It is a great way to regroup especially when you have days not going the best

I also take midday naps when home. But, my doctor advises me to not to do that as it increases body weight.
