Keep silence for a while and gain your energy

Due to buy live hood we are loosing our stamina and health for this again we are running behind hospitals where our pockets are emptying but less use if v follow some small tips to reduce our pressure which gains our energy back I read somewhere that if we keep silent for 15 to 20 min for a week atleast it makes us energyful for rest of week silence means we to avoid all kind of noises and not even listen r talk it's equally to yoga.just close your room and sit silent for 15 min and after that start your regular works and feel some different
