Homemade onion soup

I threw together the onions and broth. I won th3 cheese from that Easrer basket. Its mozzarella with catmelized onion. Figured was perfect for ontop. I made enough for 3 or 4 bowls which is perfect.

Sounds quick, healthy and inexpensive, And vegetarian!!! I like that!!! I like onions!!!
