Does anyone here know how to treat mouth sore easily?

A friend of mine is experiencing some mouth sore thing. She's asking helpful advice from me. Please give me any idea to give her.

Hello dear friend! She can try to use salt water in her mouth sores, it is painful but it may help dry out canker sores, She can rinse it with dissolved 1 teaspoon salt in 1/2 cup of warm water.

@Jessa Bumagat, thanks for the idea, she actually tried that one. She's just becoming impatient because of the pain, she can't even open her mouth..

it happened to me when i was stressful or anxious . i have to suffered from it for several days and it gone by itself

That's right, stress is one of the triggers of mouth sore..

Rub some sesame oil on it is helpful. Or rub Erythromycin ointment on it.

Baking soda in warm water can help but she should see a doctor about it .

If they are not big wounds, your friend can put a little bicarbonate of soda.

I use listerine (undissolved) because it dries the mouth sore faster.
