Hi all...hope all are having great time, enjoying weekend.. I'm talking about only fruit which is very sweet one to eat that is Sapodilla..it's really sweet and juicy ,it have iron, pottasium, vitamin C .I prefer to eat it as a fruit, but it's taste is also good when we take it as juice , specially when it is mixed with milk.It is best in fruit salads as well. Have you tasted it ?How do you like to taste them ?Juice or eat it as a fruit.?Share friends.

We have the similar fruits but they are round and have one round core inside. So they are not the sapodilla. Perhaps they are typical fruits in your country and I can't find the same here.

Coincidentally I had the fresh fruits plucked from the tree from the garden and kept for ripening at my sisters place when I recently went to my home city to meet my friends ,as she knew that I like these fruits...they are known as 'Chikkoos' in Hindi and the properly ripened ones are very tasty and I can have them 5 to 6 of them without any problem at a time! Thanks a lot dear friend @Icydoll! Thanks!

Yeah ripened ones are too sweet ones ..I like it so much..but 5 is enough..more than that we can't and it's not good enough to eat,as they produce heat.
