I love children's books. Just cute little ones, typically not novels or anything. I'm looking for new ones to branch into. To give you an idea of what I mean, here are some books I love:
Olivia by Ian Falconer
The Napping House by Audrey Wood
Sylvester and the Magic Pebble by William Steig
The Amazing Bone by William Steig
The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle
Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney
A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon
Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes
Knuffle Bunny by Mo Willems
These are books I grew up reading, and still very much cherish

My kids loved the Llama Mama series and The Kissing Hand. I also loved I Love You Forever. It is a tearjerker. When I was a kid, I loved the Little Bear series of books.

@morgoodie Maybe it was better for them to read the books.

@marlina I was sad when I seen they had come out with a cartoon of the books because my kids are way too old to watch it. I wish they would have come out with it sooner.

I'm not familiar with a lot of those titles, weirdly enough.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar is one of our staples here, along with a handful of Eric Carle's other books like Brown Bear, Brown Bear, The Very Busy Spider, and Mr. Seahorse.
They've been kind of getting into some of the old Berenstain Bears books lately. They're some of the few that I still have from my own childhood.
I'm kind of partial to the "If you give a..." series, but they get repetitive after a while. Sandra Boynton is one of my favorite kids' book authors, too. She's got some brilliant rhyming books. I'm planning to get each kid a set of their own once they're ready to have their own kids.

We have many books in India which are though said the be for children, but have great moral values in the stories which makes them interesting for adults too. That book is Panchatantra...originally written in Sanskrit but now available in all Indian languages and also in many international languages including English ! Thanks @Savannahk !
