The thing I hate the most about this situation is 1. the government has been doing this for years. and 2. if people actually read privacy policies and terms of service, it is all there. Like it admits that these things can happen. If you don't want your information leaked, don't put it out there for the whole world to see. Yes the only thing that I am very against in the situation is them looking into the Facebook messenger, because that is really lame. People text addresses and phone numbers and even personal pictures and such and that is scary they can find that information. But it is also the case that this is the internet, don't want your information out there. People have the choice to use facebook or not, they had a choice to use myspace, they have a choice to turn on the computer and the webcam can be accessed by some hacker or official person. People are making this such a big deal because yes it is a big deal in a sense for privacy, but it is also a perfect distraction to what really matters in the world our lives could be at stake and everyone is only caring about what is happening with Facebook.

I heard about Facebook owner, Mark, facing a case in court. I am not sure with him agreeing to using users' information. Be careful on reading online articles. There are lots of fake news speading. It would be better to check first if the source is a credible news media such as CNN.
