"It's impossible; he's not going to survive this. There's nothing we can do." Just like that, the doctors gave up on the patient, whose brain stem had nearly snapped, causing his heart rate to go from coma to heart attack levels and back again. His breathing was also a mess, and he was barely getting the oxygen he needed to keep from suffocation. They had people attend to him, even bandaging his broken thumb that looked dangerously beaten to a point of being unusable. However, that was pointless in their view. He would not survive. And like that, he was left for dead. They gave up on any chance that he'd survive, and went to help the patients they could save. Just like that, the human of sixteen years of age died. But that wasn't the end of the tale. While the human aspect did die, something deeper and more ancient claimed his body, and granted him the power to live. Miraculously, he survived, but the feelings he felt were different than before. Also, he couldn't remember anything new while the force spread throughout his body. Elsewhere in the world, the violence from his soul took root and caused children to kill other children in the events of Columbine and copycat instances. Using the lives taken by that inspired aggression, he established connection with the body at last, and was finally able to connect with the memories of new form, a week later. Happier and ecstatic to be alive, he went on to live the life as though a new person. The angel aspect had died when he was 8, and the human aspect had died at 16. It was the time of Chaos, the elemental aspect that had taken control at last. Several years later, the events of the nearby 9/11 provided more energy and he grew yet again in a way others could not see. It was a perfect time to unleash the core of hatred his human self had accumulated within. Using the power of those that died, and the core, he inspired chaos and destruction around the world, growing more and more powerful, until at last he felt that it was out of control, and reigned it in. But it was too powerful to contain completely. For years he continued to absorb the death energies of those around him, until at 24, he had another life threatening situation, but used his wits to overcome it. However, arose as the demon inside, still bound by its chains, but closer to freedom at last. Eight more years passed, the negative emotions and anger crystallizing around him like heavy armor, until at last, the next threat of death came, coursing through his very blood. Should the bacteria reach his heart, it would be the end of him. He knew it as blood poisoning, and took the steps to overcome it. At the same time in the world, Ebola was a hot topic and was spreading all over. Oddly enough, 666 years in the past, they were dealing with the black death epidemic in Europe. Finally seeing the connection, he arose again, this time as a demon god. One who no longer needed the power of death energy, and just two years after that, absorbed the demon inside, and achieved balance. The Dark God had been born at last. Today is the 19th year anniversary of the human who had been left for dead. If only the doctors had tried a little harder... well, perhaps it was better if they hadn't. Who can say for certain?

Haha, thanks! And yes, I'm not a demon now, but I had my years of being so. :P I tend to contradict a lot of doctors often.

I guess it depends on where the future goes from here. If it goes in a good way, then it was probably worth it.

@marguicha Then I guess I better work hard to make the future better so we can say it was worth it! Before the next life threatening event in four years. After all, I have no idea what will happen at that time!

That was quite a story. Is this your autobiography? I can say I am impressed.

Yes, it is my autobiography, albeit shortened quite a bit. I didn't even get to include the star constellations on my arm made out of freckles. :P

@OneOfMany What can I say. Did those freckles create the planets and the stars and the universe?

It's part of my autobiography, with a little fantasy woven in.
