Have you ever tried making Tomato ketchup at home?

Its actually not ketchup but its like Tomato sauce and its quite sweet in taste and many like to add some cashews in it here in India. These used to be in marriages a lot in older times and we can have them with snacks and it tastes so good. I have seen most try tamarind for that and that's why its taste is so tangy and sweet as well as they add sugar in it as well.
Have you ever tried making Tomato ketchup at home? Please Share.

@thesupersingh I might someday but only because I enjoy cooking and am curious to see how things turn out. By the time I have bought the tomatoes and used the gas to cook them, it works out about double the price of the bought stuff.

I know people around me who make ketchup at home. I once told my daughter that I would make her ketchup.My daughter refused. She said she just ate the ketchup from the supermarket.lol

I never tried it. I don't know how to cook tomato sauce. I want to know. Hope there's someone here can teach us. I'm interested to do it since I love tomatoes.
