When a bad dream seems so real

I had a bad dream last night about a bad man trying to break into our place, a different place from ours and it's isolated. In my dream I was trying to shout for help until I was awakened by my own shout, and whew it was only a dream, thank God. Afterwards I asked God for His continuous protection over us. Dreams could seem so real sometimes they affect the entire day. Have you had one?
