Does your pet ever watch TV?

My cat has two favorite progams..one not surprisinly, is Cats From Hell on the Animal Planet, although I think the scary cat noises kind of freak him out, and the other one is CBS Sunday Morning..Why do you ask? Cat simply loves the nature segment at the end which frequently features bird noises. Every week he is transfixed. I also notice that he pays close attention to people saying the word cat on TV or doorbell sounds on TV..Who knows?? They might be ours!!! Does your furry friend ever "watch" TV?

They have a sound sleep when we are watching amy TV shows...possibly they are not interested in music @snowy22315! Thanks!

They are never attentive for very long are they? Mostly my cat is bored by TV and facing the other direction!

Our family cat used to try to catch scissors on the TV screen if a sewing or crafting show on.

If there is something of interest to them, they pay attention..at least for a few seconds. My cousins hubby posted a hilarious pic of a cat watching a horror movie and jumping at all the right parts!

my Coco dog watched with me many years. she even barked sometimes when a doorbell rang on a program, thinking it was real here.

Yes, my cat always thinks a doorbell on TV is here..but honestly, I am not sure why he does that..because this doorbell has not rung that many times!
