The Block's Another Piano Moment

True story.... So, I'm playing the piano one night at this nice hotel, and then this attractive woman comes up to me and starts chatting. I had one eye on the piano keys and the other eye on her tight blouse ... or those things that were pushing her blouse out ... I forget. Anyway, instead of giving me a tip, she flopped a room key on the piano. At the time I didn't think anything of it ... I was just jammin' away. Suddenly, I did what any other naive gentleman would do---- I let out a loud and booming voice that startled the other guests, "Maam, you left your room key!" The woman came back with an exasperated sigh, and without a word, she snatched her room key away from me. At first, I thought how ungrateful she was. Then it hit me ... Dammit! If ever I had a moment of stupidity, it would be that moment. Boy, am I the dumbest of the dumb.... To this day, I still look for another room key. Never happened. Although, there was this one time a huge Tranny left a drink for me on the piano. I drank it, but I don't remember much after that.... Ok, the Tranny part may be creative nonfiction

@theBlock Timothy, are you sad that you didn't see her again or happy because it took you by surprise with the key?

Bravo! That was the wise thing to do. You are still alive to tell the story and who knows what might have happened otherwise.
