Back from the gym

This afternoon was absolutely gorgeous over here. Hooray for spring! A perfect day to walk to the gym and feel great doing it. We had a decent sized class and no Michelle today. She had to work a bit longer. But at least I got to walk home tonight too. Today we've used the small and heavy medicine balls for our prop today's 50 minute session. Here's what we've done in class: 2 100 Cycles (1 on back, 1 on stomach) 3 Mini, Regular and Full Peel-Ups 6 Single Straight Leg Stretches and Single Leg Stretches 2 Sidekick series with Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) 8 Seated Arm Reaches (4x/side) 2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 4 Planks (2 Straight Arm and Bent Elbow) 1 Swimming Cycle and 6 Criss-Crosses (3x/side) 3 Swan Neck with Head Rolls I think that's about it.

I went to my apartment complex gym Sunday afternoon.I also go to planet fitness.

Nice! My former apartment had a gym, but it wasn't much other than some weights and a pool.

A nice weather definitely helps one in being motivated to work out. It is summer here in Manila and the scorching heat makes it hard to go all in workouts.
