Is the frist job really matter for a graduated student?

Recently i have looking for some openings that related to my major.But a question always hold in my mind "what job do i really want? " Among 3 months, we, senior students perepare the resume, apply for the vacant positions , attend the interview and tied with such stuffs.I find a phonemon, we choose job that infulenced by others, that is to say, we do what others do even compare with others about the salary and other treatments but we may never think of what kind of job we really want. In fact, employment is becoming more and more severe in China. It's difficult to find a pleased job even for a postgraduate. I experienced some tough job conditions if you wanna apply for it.Some company says" The position needs those who graduate from famous school( 985 or 211project). You know what?Only this rejected many applicants,cause this is a posted conditions and you even have no right to apply for it. I don't mean this is unfair, since those who can graduate from distinguished school are outstanding and they always hard-working guys. But, i think some severe conditions may need revised and opened a door for more graduates. And, i wanna ask you guys, "is it necessary to find a job that related to your major?" i have to say it is pretty important to consider your interests when you find a job,interests will always be your motivation and happiness.
