allergies!

since i was a kid i used to hear about allergies and see those around me have them but i have never experienced any. i used to be so curious to what causes them, i used to have a friend who was allergic to cat fur and i used to think she is making it up until one day we visited our teacher and she had a cat. my friend started itching in the face and sneezing nun stop it was a bit scary because she turned red in her face we had to take her to see the Dr. share your worst experience with allergies, how did you deal with them and how can one prevent having them?

allergies are caused by the extensive amount of protein that suddenly produced by our body with the presence of allergen..
I have seafood and weather allergy.. and simply just avoid the seafoody dishes.. can't help to avoid the weather one tho..:(

thats bad... i guess your friend wouldnt be able to live in Africa because its pretty dusty here.

@Chazzygal Here too it is very dusty. She can't go out and shop since summer season started.

@Chazzygal Yeah I always have them in my purse, because if catch cold it does not go away so easily.

ahhh thats so bad... one thing you can do is take antibiotics to prevent getting a cold in cases where there is someone who has a cold nearby
