I guess Egg Plant is Veggie which is liked by most of us and actually its very good and can be made in many ways as well. The most common and spicy Egg Plant is made by making it cut into half and adding spices into it and then deep frying and we can make them as a salad as well.

We love egg plant! I like to cut it in half, then cut it into thick slices. I dip these into flour, salt, and pepper. Then, fry it in hot oil, it's delicious!

love it fried, and dip in soy sauce. It can also be boiled and take the skin and dip in egg before frying. Have lots of ways to cook it here.
