When i get angry i just go into my room and take a pillow and put it against my face and scream in it. I have very bad anger issues and this helps me releive the stress so i dont get mad and take it out on people. If this dont help i take a long walk around. Hopefully u will find what helps you. But please make sure whatever u do dont hurt anyone while u are angry.

Well, when I get angry, my mind sends me messages that there are a lot worse off than myself, like people getting their heads cut off, etc. etc. I don't think I have to go on, but hope you get the idea, that telling myself that violence doesn't get us anywhere, it only makes matters worse when we act on it like you know relationships with loved ones fail, lost friendships, hurting others, or jail time, or worse. To stop ourselves before we lose control is more important that anything else at the moment. And to remind ourselves what we have to be grateful for will put us in a serene state of mind would be beneficial to appease our stress. Good luck with any anger issues you may have.

It really depends on the individual. Sometimes medication is need. You can also listen to music or do something that calms you and makes you happy. You can go somewhere to be by yourself and relax. Or you can workout and relieve your stress.
